Sono's 2000 hit "Keep Control" has a special place in my heart. It seemed to follow me through my early stages of clubgoing and parties, and the idea of remixing it stayed with me for years.
So finally, I'm happy to announce that this remix is now a reality, through a collaboration with my talented student Labrysinthe, already an up-and-coming artist on her own. Together, we devoted intensive work to this track to give it our unique psychedelic energy while preserving the spirit of the original.
A big thank you to Guy Shema from Oppenmasters, who did an amazing mastering job that enhances our sound beautifully.

This Burn Night was something special for me in many ways.

It was my debut to play at Burn Night after being invited to play on the Underworld Stage on Acid Friday at the last Kiez Burn.

The Wohnzimmer Floor is a beautifully designed floor, and it was a great pleasure to play my Bush Techno set there during Peak Time. This floor stands out as an extraordinary fusion of a great sound system, stunning visuals, living room feeling, and some of my favorite crowds I've seen in a club in a long time.

In sync with peak time and the floor vibe, I played a slightly more rave-heavy bush techno set and it completely hit the spot. Throughout the set, I played groove-driven tunes that progressed into ravier and more psychedelic to set the crowd ablaze. 🔥 Of course, I selected a few Bush Techno tracks that had just been released the day before and sounded so good that they just had to be in my set.

It was incredible for me to see the raging Kiez Burn community dancing so euphorically, cheering extatically, and just enjoying the music wholeheartedly.

Avalon Remixed | Best of Avalon DJ Set (by Psychedelic Universe)

This is Draw The Line Radio Show with Jacki-e,  presenting the best music from female producers and DJs.

 This week it’s our very first psytrance show with the guest mix in the second hour by Natalia Lincoln aka Labrysinthe, a fantastic DJ/Producer from Berlin. who took the scenic route to psytrance -- first via classical training, then joining gothic/apocalyptic New York folk band Unto Ashes as keyboard player, vocalist, and purveyor of gloom. 

Natalia moved to Berlin in 2008 to taste the delightfully twisted freakquencies of electronic psychedelica, at which point Labrysinthe was born into this world that could neither spell her name nor name her spell. 

She has studied electronic music production and performance at dBs Music Berlin and has released her psytrance tracks on Sun Department Records (Germany), Zoo Music (Israel) and Dacru Records (Belgium).
