MFC Records is a fundraising label curated by BitterCaress based in Montreal. 
MFC Records' second release is a Single Artist EP with 3 tracks from Aahan, and a remix by Luna
Vassarotti.
This EP aims to raise awareness about a cause that the artist defends and that is dear to his heart. We are 
talking here about violence against women in Turkey. Aahan has been watching the women's rights 
movement in Turkey for a while now and thinks it is an issue that needs more attention from the media and 
the public at large.
The non-for-profit organization supported for this release will be the Mor Çatı Women’s Shelter Foundation.
This was established in 1990 by feminists in order to combat violence against women in Turkey.

@ombrar1 is a French and British young producer formed as a Sound engineer. He is driven by sound even more than music itself which has shaped a lot the way he produces music. Always on the move, his style became harder over the years, continuing his path towards a more violent and rough sound.
Passionate by all the different sound techniques and tools, whether it’s with analog gears or digital ones he keeps experimenting all the time, and his interest for Field recordings, gives to his music a certain texture that is easily identified. Ombrar had the opportunity to play in several clubs with the Ultracks Records agency.
His ever increasing experience in the Sound domain has enabled him to work on different projects such as Cinema, Radio and even Audio Books. He also spends a lot of time working on his label Black Silhouette with his brother.
Deeply inspired by the eeriness and unknown of this world, he is always searching for atmospheres that will define his path.

LABURNŪM starts its EP series with what seems to be in the continuity of French producer OMBRAR’s path toward experimentation combined with a rough and hard-driving techno sound. On the flip side, London producers Burden and Cathédral served two powerful remixes, both club-oriented and as granular as the originals. It looks like this EP will have many layers to discover and rediscover to explore the eeriness of this world.

We are hereby thrilled to present “Every Human Is An Enemy” by E.L.I.A.S ( @eliaswaves )a young Italian producer that made his way into the scene with great sounds and providing a number of huge tracks both alone and with his Distorted Planet duo project. His approach in techno is effective and open minded, giving space and dynamic to his tracks, aswel as power and hard, pounding rhythm. The four originals are diverse, telling different stories and but being yet connected by a very thin and strong line. On remix duty we have two very special guests that need not much of an introduction, Ectoplasm ( @ectoplasmmusic ), back on SG hammering his take with dark ambiences and hard hitting drums and finally Keepsakes ( @keepsakes ), who need even less introductions, providing a Class - A raw take while skilfully playing with drums and groove.
