This is a song I made back in 2013 for an album that was never released. The album was a sequel to another album I made a week prior that was also never released. The first album was a collaboration effort between myself and a friend. The second album was going to be a collaboration effort as well, but the FUCKER NEVER FINISHED ANY OF THE SONGS HE WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE (you know who you are).

It was made with the demo version of Mixcraft 5 using presets. As I could not export songs from the demo version of Mixcraft, I had to record this in Audacity. To quote a friend, "this sounds like it was recorded with a phone mic".

I'm uploading this one here because my I showed the albums to some friends for the first time outside of the initial friend group the albums were created for, and this one was loved so much that they demanded an encore.

Some of my VSTs magically uninstalled themselves, so I decided to touch this up in a different way since I have no access to the original bleepy bloopy sounds I was using in the original render.

Coincidentally, the original VIP was made when I just got new headphones, and I was testing them out. I have proper EQing for these headphones now. Boy does it make a difference.

I found this in my files today. this is an unreleased track that never made it onto Fantastique! (https://lacheque.bandcamp.com/album/fantastique). I'm not sure why I didn't release it. it's not particularly good, but it's an interesting find worth sharing. to my knowledge, this hasn't been released anywhere, even on the "Indésirable" album I released the same year as Fantastique!

There's a fun story behind this song.

I was unable to put this in the album as I couldn't finish mixing and mastering it. Every time I open this file in Ableton, the program will hang and once in a while attempt to play, but only one track will play at a time. 

It's really weird. I was able to render the song, but it took roughly an hour to do so (normally renders take about 2 minutes in Ableton). So here are the salvaged remains of that song.

I have a feeling it might be because of Alex Jones being sampled in this song. Something something deep state.

On that note, there are so many songs on this album that just did not make it. I had around 30 songs at one point. I ended up cutting a lot. Maybe I'll release those songs one day.
