Nathalie is a singer-songwriter, saxophonist, and composer from Central Alberta, Canada. The youngest of seven siblings in a musical family, music naturally became an integral part of life. 

Throughout her middle years with mental health challenges, and an early adulthood with chronic lyme disease and a series of basal ganglial strokes, music therapy became a way of healing, connection, insight, prayer, and sharing hope. The near-death experiences compelled her to begin living a more spiritual life, and fueled her childhood dreams of making a positive impact in the world through art, word & song before she moves on. Nathalie transformed the trials into opportunities for mental health advocacy, and building a career in integrative health and bioenergetic medicine.
