After moving to California in 2013 with $1600 budding lyricist and entrepreneur Lady Ether had one goal in mind " to network in Hollywood and build a lasting business foundation that will offer independence and respect . Born Rachel West in Saint Louis , Missouri ; Lady Ether learned  about life , wisdom , hard work and resilience from her parents and community  . Rachel always had the desire to live a Glamorous life in Hollywood far beyond her humble beginnings. That's where her hustle kicked in and she began working towards her life in entertainment.  This street savvy female lyricist got her start in the music business at 16  as an intern in the street team - promotions department at 100.3 The Beat; a Clear Channel radio station in Missouri. Battle rapping , freestyling , learning how to write bars and songwriting was therapeutic for West, as it was a way for her to deal with frustration and anger over the death of her brother and life . West continues to shock Hip Hop fans everywhere with her unique voice , tone , subject matter , bars , sex appeal ,accent and personality .
