Donuts, this seemingly simple pastry, are much more than they appear. Despite their familiar round shape and the unmistakable hole in the middle, they conceal an astonishing variety that never ceases to surprise. Every bite leads into a world of different flavors. The endless palette of variations makes the doughnut experience a real adventure, much like leafing through a music album that opens up new worlds of sound with every track. Just like in music, where each song captivates with a new vibe, each donut offers its own little escape from reality. Bon appetit - haha 😘

I do say:

I think creating, whether it's music or anything else, is a form of meditation. 
It's a time where there is no time and I can sit here and now in the present moment.
This no mind place is where all the creations are coming from.
No rules, no limits, no need to hide, no need to lie,
true feeligns are the point.

I think we are living way too much in our minds, neglecting our true feelings those related to the body which are working like a compass.

Making music or creating anything is a way for me to stay aligned, my body and my mind in one, feeling alive, feeling confident, feeling complete, whole, united and this should be the normal way of feeling, this should be the everyday feeling.

I'm trying to spread this message through my lyrics because for me this is the real life. The real meaning of our journey here, finding back our true nature which is totally different that what the today's society is spreading.

We just need something simple, something authentic, genuine and the best way to get this is to look inside and find what is authentic in us
and to allow it get out, to be shown, to be shared with other people and discover how beautiful it is to mix differences, to create something new.
