They say you should get 4 hours of sleep every night… This track was put together, at 4 in the morning, sat on the couch with headphones on because I can’t sleep. I've tried to master it a bit but, there is a bit much rumble on the kick still.

It’s rough, it’s missing something and it’s bound to need mastering but, I’m just getting ideas down right now.

Last Friday The 13th I found myself on a darker creative path than I expected… I’ve been working on some techno ideas for a while and after some playing around, this is one that has come to life. PlayWithMe

This is an important project for me. I’ve had huge problems with creative block lately, due to stress, anxiety and huge dose of imposter syndrome. It got to the point where I really hated everything I listened to or played…

This first track of 2025 has gone in a very different direction to what I was expecting when I sat in the studio. I’ve tried to get back to basics with simple wavetable synths, polyphonic melodic elements and a big solid kick drum has forced me to be more creative. 

I don’t want to over produce and I’m not aiming to create a masterpiece. I just want to get the ideas pulled together, instead of hyper fixating on details which drag me down into that creativity void.

So yeah, please take a listen to where I’m at right now and see if it passes the vibe check. I always welcome feedback and comments so don’t be shy to come and share your thoughts.

This Goa Pys-trance inspired track evolves from my last few projects. Merging the hard hitting snares from PlayWithMe, the driving kicks and bass from SILENCE and the ethereal reflections of Clarity, to reach a new peak in my musical expression 

I’ve adapted my workflow to bring focus in place of urgency, taking the time to relax into the vibe of each new concept and learning from my recent experience. So I can’t promise this will out next weekend but, I can promise it will deliver
