Music is medicine - a tool for emotional processing via rhythm.  There’s so much content and life coming at us at such insane volumes that can keep us in a dissociated state. Music can bring you back to your body.  It can heal.  Sound is one of the most powerful, immediate ways to change our state of being.  Rhythm is one of the most powerful and accessible tools for embodiment - a way to reconnect with our physical selves.  Emotion has to move through us and music can help us feel our feelings and process them, so I built this set to guide such a journey.
