LAETITIA IN HOLOCAUST is an extreme metal band based in Modena, Italy, and consisting in Stefano G, Nicola DA, Marcello M, Alessio Z and Marco L.
The meaning of the monicker is "happiness in sacrifice":
"Holocaust", from the Old Testament, means "sacrifice to achieve something higher". 
The most focused themes in our lyrics are the Mouths of darkness, War, morbid and enchanting visions of destruction and conquest, tales of abnegation and self-sacrifice,  echoes of nostalgia and ruins in the fog.
Our new album is called "Fanciulli di Pietra", meaning "Kids of stone", pointing the Ancient Giants that created our world. They were kids, representing the infancy of western culture, and now they're statues of stone, representing our roots.
