It is time for the final card of the Fckng Serious deck. That means it is time for our joker. Label boss Boris Brejcha himself also contributes his share to this EP. Boris made a Remix of "Black Ice" by Moritz Hofbauer and turned this special song into his distinctive style. "Black Ice" was Moritz's first track on his new label Fckng Serious.

Six Years of Fckng Serious. With six artists under the label for the first time. But what does the number six stand for? Six numbers in the lottery, Six eyes on a dice. It stands for luck! So we roll the dice and reshuffle the game!

For this special anniversary, we are going to release every week a Remix EP. Your favorite tracks, remixed by our artists. So let the games begin!

The fourth remix is made by our queen Ann Clue. This Remix was made under great pressure - time, technical, and mental-wise. She tried to make a fusion between the original song but also make a kind of signature track with the elements she loves. You can notice the bassline and the dreamy way she arranged it. Enjoy this masterpiece!

After the chart-topping Keep on Swindling part 1, that included summer anthem ‘All I want’ and the live jazz rework of ‘The break up’ by Emma-Jean Thackray, Dam Swindle are now back with part 2 of their 10-year anniversary series. If you thought the first edition had the goods, you’re in for a treat with this one. Keep on Swindling part 2 includes a new afro-tinged DS original, alongside a never-released remix of an obscure Guadeloupean record and remixes by rising star of the Detroit music scene Ash Lauryn and Rush Hour favorite Arp Frique. We started working on that track with the take of Niko's vocals and we immediately thought that we were creating some kind of a safe space, like an emotional bunker not only with this track, but with the whole project, so we figured that this could be the EP's title. The "words" that are sung in this piece are totally invented language and they reflect the creative safe space that we want to suggest with this track, which was also the first one where we brought in Kyle's modular sounds. The remix by Thommie G is really deep and we like it very much.

Calling an EP “Devil” although it will most certainly conjure a smile on the face of any elctronic music enthusiast might come as a surprise, or even cause confusion. 
But let’s be fucking serious, when Boris Brejcha picked this title, he had probably no evil thoughts in mind but was rather daydreaming of one of his many shows that are known to turn any club into a diabolically hot sweat lodge due to the energetic atmosphere and ecstatic crows. 
So in the end you could arque that the title of his new EP seems long overdue. 

The name giving A-Side comes as clean and to the point as we know it from Boris Brejcha.
A rolling beat that never looks back but marches forward, driven by pure energy and nifty as hell. 
Let the speaking devil suck you into this dark piece of High-Tech Minimal and join the ride for almost the minutes. 

Right from the start “The Darkest Night” reveals an even groovier drive that makes it sound unstoppable. Furthermore the track turns out to be an emotional rollercoaster in the form of a roaring and intimidating fanfare that fades in and out before a catchy melody line spreads a thoughtful and intimate atmosphere. This B-side will definitely make you want to go for another round…and another round…

Exclusive: Axel Boman - Pink Mist

It was back in 2010 when Polish artists Grzegorz Demiañczuk and Wojciech Tarañczuk founded PETS Recordings, the same year when the duo's  sophomore album Escape from Zoo was released – not on the newly founded imprint though. It took another three years then until Grzegorz and Wojciech, commonly known under Catz 'n Dogz and former underground act 3 Channels, put their first EP with Eats Everything out on the label. However, with PETS Recordings the artists have always followed a balanced selection of releasing music from aspiring and renowned artists, from local acts to global players, from Deep House to Techno but always meaningful and foremost beautiful music. For the label's 10th anniversary the duo compiled a 12-track strong various artist compilation coming in three parts and portraying the label's past years musically and hosting tracks from affiliates like Bawrut, Jeigo, Das Komplex, KiNK, Catz 'n Dogz themselves and Studio Barnhus label head Axel Boman. The Stockholmer contributes his take Pink Mist, a rather deep musical approach to the collection. An intriguing chord-sequence underlaid with organs and stalactite sounds as well as sparely used but thus even more catchy spoken vocals Boman creates a track that not only finds a home on the compilation but will do in many DJ playlists as it combines a decent groove with deep melodies that taint one's mind like only love can and therefore hits close to every music lover's heart.

10 Years Of PETS Recordings Part 2 will be released on December 11th, 2020.
