✶Always with a psychedelic twist, Mi/Nu will transport you by blending just enough darkness to these melancholic melodies and crunchy sounds. She never stops digging into various musical styles to find those gems that trigger this special feeling inside.

  Originally from Montréal, she has been playing in clubs and festival in the Canadian house&techno scene, in some Tel Aviv’s nightclubs and multiple events in Northern California. Mi/Nu now resides in California and is excited to find her place in its music scene and is thrilled to be involved as one of the resident DJ’s / part-organizer of the PORTALS event series in Nevada City!

La Femme Mystifiée nace como respuesta a “el malestar que no tiene nombre”. Convirtiéndose en un espacio para la desmitificación de la mujer y sus roles dentro de la sociedad.

Como sello discográfico queremos que la mujer tome un papel protagónico y ejerza de guía en este lúcido trayecto hacia la autonomía. A través del sonido y la mística, buscamos comunicar el pensamiento y sentir femenino ante un entorno que pretende devorarla (Desaparecerla).

La Femme Mystifiée was born in response to "the problem that has no name." Becoming a space for the demystification of women and their roles within society.

As a record label, we want women to take a leading role and act as a guide in this lucid journey towards autonomy. Through the sound and mysticism, we pretend to communicate the female thought and feel in an environment that intends to devour her. (Disappear her)

About:
For Chrystal Chris, DJ sets are a mosaic of changing beats, rhythms and frequencies of life, retold as synthesis of the perfect imperfection. They polarise between fragility and strength, stagnancy and progression, despair and hope - music that makes people shine.

Her sound travels vary from Electronica to Deep and Acid House, IDM, Trip Hop, Glitch and Ambient - being influenced by artists like Max Cooper, Rival Consoles, Jon Hopkins, Kiasmos and Four Tet. When playing live, she enthuses the audience with a rousing performance and her literal bounce.

In 2017, she found her homebase in Berlin where she is constantly being inspired by the diverse music community. In August 2019 she released her first track ‘Beary Me!'. 
As @Saphear, Chrystal Chris teams up with violinist @Sawatzki who improvises to her DJ sets. With @kolibrisinfonie they not only started an event series but also a platform to highlight electronic music artists they appreciate from their heart.
