This is an unusual track for me. It's not a dance track, it's not Techno or Trance. The sounds are more organic. With strings and a piano and a guitar. And a saxophone. Even the drums are "natural" drums and not an 808 or 909 or something like that. Maybe I'm getting old. ;-) The track is about home. About coming home, feeling home, missing home. Hope you'll like it!

Lorenzo Chi - It's All Houze (FREE DOWNLOAD)

"Eile" (in english: "Hurry") was completely built around this little vocal-sample which my girlfriend sent to me. And she was inspired to it while listening to my track "Hairy Potter", so "Eile" was somehow inspired by "Hairy Potter". Anyway, when I heard this vocal I thought of some rough, minimalistic, old-school Techno track. Late-Nineties-Style. The final track is a compromise: Late-Nineties-Acid-Sound and big, epic, "Always too much stuff in it"-Lagomorpha-Style. Now it's (to me) a 129 bpm Groove-Monster to which I can't listen without starting to dance. I love this track! Okay, I always love my tracks. But this one is special. Hope you will like it to! :-)

Production Notes: I used the Phoscyon from D16 for the 303-Sounds, the drum-stuff mostly comes from Abletons Sound Library and a bit from iZotopes BreakTweaker. The other sounds are from Native Instruments "Massive", there are Horns and Trumpets from Natives Orchestral-Sound-Libraries in there, some more Instruments from Ableton and I've used the Vacuum Pro. I'm working with Abletons Push 1st Gen as controller and Master-Keyboard. And Ableton Live 10 Suite of course.
