LA GORDA DUBS... REGGAE & DUB PRODUCTIONS FROM BERLIN

La Gorda Dubs is a Berlin based musician and producer, that is out to put the rootsy vibe back into modern productions, blending influences of dub, cumbia, bass music, hiphop and jungle into a very own style of reggae.
During his participance in iLLBiLLY HiTEC, he collaborated with artists like Horseman, Cecile, Brother Culture, Longfingah, Parly B, Zion Train, Dubmatix, SEEED,  The Hempolics, Kinetical, Raggabund, Dactah Chando, Rob Smith, Fleck, Gold Dubs, La Fanfare En Petard, JStar, Lengualerta, No Te Va Gustar, Karamelo Santo, Promoe (Looptroop) and many more...

He always has an open ear for other styles of music and started producing the Tel Aviv / Berlin / London collective SISA ME, which blends Indie Singer-Songwriting styles with Dub, in 2018.

Now, Alex is starting his solo career as La Gorda Dubs, showcasing his favorite styles and productions in a live dub set. He is also producing a new EP, remixing for other artists like Mexican Dubwiser or Gato Preto. There will be plenty of new stuff coming out in 2020.
