It is the first Sunday of Lent. We will celebrate communion, and Reverend Jonker will begin a new sermon series called Man of Sorrows. All the sermons in this series will address the reality of human suffering and God's relationship to our suffering and sorrow. Reverend Jonker will preach the first sermon, and his text will be Isaiah 53:1-7.
