On a gloomy night in a small village, the medical examiner and the forensic technician were preparing for another autopsy. As the wind howled outside, they entered the chilly autopsy room where the body of a respected man from the community lay, whose sudden death had left everyone perplexed.With meticulous skill, they began the procedure. 

As the technician cut into the corpse's skin, they noticed something peculiar. Delving deeper, they discovered a small poison capsule lodged near the heart.Combining their finding with other police investigations, they uncovered that the owner of a compounding pharmacy was selling these capsules to family members who wanted to collect life insurance from their relatives. Even the deceased's wife had done so.

Justice was served, but the medical examiner and the forensic technician couldn't help but reflect on the fragility of life and the dark depths of the human soul. As they closed the case, they promised themselves to continue the quest for truth.
