the title song STONE combines elements of 90s house, hypnotic vocals and even a hip-hop break is in full effect in the breakdown.

forgetting to go home, and experiencing an overdose of emotions that touch the heart, body and soul

„Hotel d'Amour“ is a sexy and deep track with a pulsating bass and a playful rhodes-line. The robotic voice is looking for love in all the wrong places to finally have some peace of mind..

„Nocturn“ is best desribed by the feeling u get when u drive through a city alone at night all the while having the arpeggios from the variosu synth put u into a nocturnal state of mind.

"Wasted Ruffians are back with an excellent remix of "Receiver" by The/Das. The original track was released with The/Das' stunning debut album 'Freezer' on Sinnbus Records. On their first full-length release the Berlin duo, made up of Fabian Fenk and Anton Feist, have adopted an exciting course. In a technoid frame they create - along with regulars Thomalla (Krakatau), Jörg Wähner (Apparat) and Gunnar Spies (Mia.) - a distinctly organic, in-depth soundscape. Wasted Ruffians often crossed The/Das' path in Berlin club and party scene. They picked up the deeply sad 'Receiver', which contains the breathy female vocal of guest singer Pirjo Marx added to Fenk's distinctive vocal and the tracks haunting feel. 
Accelerating the tempo, revisiting the track with a solid bassline and a restructured composition, it results in a fetching smooth Deep House track!"

Melodic Techno dj/producer Lake Avalon, born in Bogota, Colombia, raised in the Netherlands. He discovered the art of music at a very young age due to his father who played several instruments. Because of that, music always played a big role in his life. Growing up as a teenager he got inspired by the first wave of progressive house acts like Sasha and John Digweed. You can still hear these influences in his own music productions. His sound nowadays can best be described as Melodic Techno.

Lake Avalon played in The Netherlands at events and clubs like DGTL, Pleinvrees, Marktkantine, Click, Nachtcollege, Komm Schon Alter, Now & Wow, Undercurrent, Mystic Garden Festival, Dockyard Festival, Thuishaven, Club Air, Basis and many more. He also covered a lot of clubs around the globe as for example in Germany/Berlin where he played; Wilde Renate, Kater Blau, Sisyphos, Suicide Circus, Kosmonaut and Golden Gate as well as Belgium clubs Club Vaag and Club Labyrinth, Baalsaal Hamburg in Germany, Club Bellevue Zurich plus lots of other gigs around Europe in countries like, Ukraine, France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden and also outside Europe in countries like India, Bahamas & USA.

Besides being an experienced performer, he’s also a top notch producer with releases on labels like Anjunabeats, Stil Vor Talent, Parquet, Jeudi Records, Einmusika, Global Underground, Katermukke, Kraftek, Electronique, Kittball.
