Following his label debut ‘Fool Me’, Wouter Achterberg returns to Purified Records with his massive ‘Mutations’ EP. Tried and tested around the world, including Nora En Pure’s Main Stage ULTRA Music Festival set, the powerful title track commands attention within moments of play. Conjuring an otherworldly atmosphere with chopped vocals and mystical instrumentation, Wouter gradually builds the arrangement with rolling bass and heavy synth work. Diving into ‘The Unknown’, the B-Side track further demonstrate his hypnotic production style, combining captivating vocals with an enthralling instrumental arrangement. 

The ‘Mutations’ artwork showcases a blacktip shark, captured by Daniel Nicholson. The blacktip shark, known for the distinctive black tips on its fins, is a sleek and agile predator classified as "Near Threatened" by the IUCN due to overfishing, habitat loss, and climate change. Conservation efforts are crucial to protect these sharks and maintain healthy marine ecosystems. Blacktip sharks can swim at speeds up to 20 miles per hour and often travel in groups. They are impressive athletes, capable of leaping out of the water and spinning in the air while hunting. Despite their powerful appearance, they are generally shy around humans and rarely pose a threat. Blacktip sharks give birth to live young, with females typically having litters of 4 to 11 pups, and their unique reproductive strategy involves placental viviparity, where the embryos develop inside the mother and are nourished by a placenta.

Located on the Ningaloo Reef in Western Australia, Daniel Nicholson is one of the globe’s most prominent professional underwater photographers. He seeks to share the beauty and magic of the underwater world to inspire conservation and change.

Dan Sushi is back with 'Get It Going', delivering an electrifying house track that brings fresh energy to the dancefloor. The rapturous main synth leads the track through sweeping melodies and infectious rhythms, while its sharp production keeps the momentum building. 'Get It Going' perfectly captures the spirit of peak-time euphoria, showcasing Dan Sushi’s ability to create music that moves both the crowd and the soul.

The ‘Get It Going’ artwork - a photograph by Brooke Pyke - features a school of scalloped hammerhead sharks at Wolf Island in the Galapagos archipelago. Brooke is an award-winning marine life photographer from Australia, based on Ningaloo Reef in WA. With a background in diving, she now focuses on ocean, travel, and adventure photography, capturing the beauty of the underwater world since 2014.

The Galápagos Islands are home to some of the largest known aggregations of scalloped hammerhead sharks, offering a rare spectacle of marine life. Yet, these iconic predators face growing threats from overfishing and habitat degradation. Galápagos Conservation Trust (@galapagosconservationtrust) works to protect the unique wildlife of the Galápagos through research, community-driven conservation, and sustainable solutions.

Melodic Techno dj/producer Lake Avalon, born in Bogota, Colombia, raised in the Netherlands. He discovered the art of music at a very young age due to his father who played several instruments. Because of that, music always played a big role in his life. Growing up as a teenager he got inspired by the first wave of progressive house acts like Sasha and John Digweed. You can still hear these influences in his own music productions. His sound nowadays can best be described as Melodic Techno.

Lake Avalon played in The Netherlands at events and clubs like DGTL, Pleinvrees, Marktkantine, Click, Nachtcollege, Komm Schon Alter, Now & Wow, Undercurrent, Mystic Garden Festival, Dockyard Festival, Thuishaven, Club Air, Basis and many more. He also covered a lot of clubs around the globe as for example in Germany/Berlin where he played; Wilde Renate, Kater Blau, Sisyphos, Suicide Circus, Kosmonaut and Golden Gate as well as Belgium clubs Club Vaag and Club Labyrinth, Baalsaal Hamburg in Germany, Club Bellevue Zurich plus lots of other gigs around Europe in countries like, Ukraine, France, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden and also outside Europe in countries like India, Bahamas & USA.

Besides being an experienced performer, he’s also a top notch producer with releases on labels like Anjunabeats, Stil Vor Talent, Parquet, Jeudi Records, Einmusika, Global Underground, Katermukke, Kraftek, Electronique, Kittball.
