This man is always trying to do everything for the other, trying to help, to promote etc... but he's never asking anything in return, that's why I decided to make a tribute to his music with this cover to thank him for being just the person he his. I was inspired to write this song by the final instalment of The Hobbit, 'Battle Of The Five Armies'.  I did all the melody writing, recording, orchestration and production myself. This is one for all of you Tolkien/Hobbit/LOTR fans out there and something I really enjoyed making.

I don’t own this song, but I wish I owned Emma Thompson’s voice.  It’s just so lovely and rich and deep.  I couldn’t even begin to hit the lower notes of her harmony from the original, so I cheated and raised it up a bit.  (And omg wee little Merida’s voice is just so cute :3)

Also I am so sorry for butchering the Scottish Gaelic lyrics.  I tried my best ;_;
