We've seen humans messing with nature in the news a few weeks ago when men in Kolkata were caught on camera torturing a dolphin. Now (trigger warning), a report about a pregnant elephant in Kerala succumbing to firecracker-filled pineapple, offered by some locals, has reaffirmed the fact that humanity, indeed, is dead. The offering reportedly caused an explosion in the elephant's mouth, and she roamed the village helplessly for a while. Finally, at the Velliyar river, the elephant succumbed to the injuries while standing in water, despite the forest officials' attempts to save her.

Lami's works can be described as a Melange of different genres including techno and downtempo with elements of lo-fi. Lami finds her influence in blues and folk music.
