This meditation combines the Hindu-Tantric/Yogic chakra system with the Quigong 6 healing sounds, which are similar in theory, but they differ as the order of the colors are not the same.
The main (middle) portion of this meditation does not represent the color-order of the six healing sounds of Qigong as I was taught, but rather adds them to the rainbow spectrum for it's healing effect on the chakra meditation, I do however represent the color-order of the Quigong six healing sounds at the start of the meditation, and at end.
