NYC-based artist Agent Orange DJ continues to make a major impact on contemporary dance music by reworking classic tracks into modern day anthems. Earlier this year he released his rework of Armand Van Helden's 'Witch Doktor' that was swiftly picked up by some of the best DJs in the industry playing it on some of the biggest stages in the world. Now he's back with another clever reinterpretation, this time taking on Josh Wink's 1995 track 'Don't Laugh'. In a similar fashion to Agent Orange DJ's last release, this new rework has been rinsed in sets by the likes of Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber and many more. 

Agent Orange DJ had this to say in the inspiration behind his rework and the reaction it has received since sharing it with his peers: "When Josh Wink released 'Don't Laugh' in 1995 on Nervous records, it really stood out to me because of its unique concept. A guy laughing over a simple beat is just too simple right? ...but wait! I then realized its beauty really lived in its simplicity and you couldn't help but get caught up in the smooth 303 acid lines and the crazy laughter until the whole dancefloor started to laugh! 

"Earlier this year I decided to give it an update. In March I sent it out to some DJ friends and a few weeks later, started getting videos of DJs hammering it down in Miami for the WMC/MMW and all over the world. Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Nicole Moudaber, Layton Giordani, Bart Skils, UMEK, Christian Smith and more. After Miami Music Week I kept getting reports from people saying it was one of the highlight tracks of the week and I couldn't have been happier about it. The news eventually made it back to Nervous records who reached out to me and said they would love to put it out. After getting Josh's approval we agreed to go ahead with it and I'm glad it found a home on the label who originally released it."
