Since Technique first brought this Aussie producer to the world's attention, he's been unstoppable. He's been DJing alongside names like Matrix &amp; Futurebound, Sigma and Drumsound &amp; Bassline Smith. And as if that wasn't enough, he's back to increase the levels even further.

“Backfire” opens up into immediate action-flick energy, delivering epic orchestral tension backed with an insistent synthetic pulse. Spectrem melds finely-manipulated real-instrument samples with heavyweight programmed sounds to create an ultra-modern cinematic blockbuster of a tune. All that underpinned with barb-sharp, tightly-woven beats delivers a piece of work that's going to light up sets at any time of night.

Then we're on the “Run”. This is a hands-in-the-air callback to the nineties, showing that Spectrem knows, understands and respects the roots of this music. With a percussion line that'll have heads playing Spot the Break, and a vocal hook that's pure euphoria, this is no-compromise jungle music. Providing a balance between dancefloor toughness in the low end and soulful sparkle in the melodies, this is one to draw for when its time to transition between styles.

Marking the 11th release on Soulvent Records, Hebden Bridge producer Bryson and co- founder Pola - both staple artists on the label - have linked up to bring you their stunning debut EP ‘The Music’. The title track ‘The Music’ starts off the EP in true liquid fashion. With soothing piano riffs, bold oscillating basslines and a sample that sits beautifully on top, this track is the perfect beginning to a stellar showcase of the talent these two producers possess. The first track is from Random Movement & Ben Soundscape, who come together for their 4th outing on the label. 'Dreaming' is rich with atmospheric textures, vocal snippets, lush keys and sick modulating bass tones, perfect for any dancefloor. 
Ben Soundscape remixes Bristol based electro acoustic band Isola Dusk for the second track, the sultry 'Waiting For You'. A tight beat and slick effects combine with a lovely vocal and some super smooth elements from the original track, all nicely mixed to make the perfect rework.
