The Magician : Together (Zonderling Remix)

This is my arrangement of the Epilogue theme from Chrono Trigger on SNES, originally written by Yasunori Mitsuda for Square Enix. I produced it to contribute a solo track to the massive Chrono Trigger fan-made tribute compilation "Chronicles of Time" :

We are the team behind 2013's acclaimed Secret of Mana tribute album: Spectrum of Mana. Chronicles of Time is our highly-anticipated tribute to Chrono Trigger: 5 Discs and 75 tracks long, 2 years in the making.

This project is a world wide collaboration between over 200 artists within VGM communities such as Dwelling of Duels, OverClocked ReMix, and many live bands, who expertly re-imagine the beloved SNES-era RPG soundtrack originally composed by Yasunori Mitsuda, Nobuo Uematsu, and Noriko Matsueda.

The album's five discs are sorted by Chrono Trigger's time eras:
- Prehistory (Rock, fun, Primal)
- Antiquity (Synthesized, adventurous, Magical)

Chronicles of Time also includes a collection of over 50 pieces of lovingly crafted artwork by 13 different artists, depicting the game's most memorable scenes and characters. This project was organized by veteran game industry animator and visual artist Nate Horsfall. Representing two years of dedicated work from hundreds of people to pay triute to one of the greatest games of all time.

02 Hedgehog Fodder (Robot Bosses - Sonic & Knuckles) [Devastus]

And here goes, the second track I contributed to the fantastically big and equally awesome FALLEN album, part of Materia Collective. This is a really old project, over an year old, but after MANY revisions and tons of PC crashes (and me yelling, of course), I managed to pull it off somehow.

My idea was to take an otherwise serious/sad/tense song and spin it completely upside down. I wanted to make a groove out of it, and that's basically what I achieved. I'm really happy with this one, and I'm really grateful to the awesome Jordan Chin for providing that kickass guitar solo near the end. I hope you'll enjoy listening to it, and be sure to check out the album, perhaps even purchase it! It is well worth the pricetag, oh boy.

I wanted to take another swing at the night time overworld theme for ECO's first season, so I did. I wanted to get a little more of the celtic influence that eastern Basker is supposed to have into the song for one thing, and for another, I wanted to work in Basil's theme. Lastly, I wanted to maintain a few key parts of the original, and I think I managed to do all those at least passably. Some notes (especially in the intro) sound sour to me though. May work on this more at somepoint. :V

Hey I'm back! The move took a bit more out of me than I expected, but I am revvin up for more remixing :D This one was actually a commission from Sculpted Nostalgia (Check out their cool video game themed sculptures on YouTube!) , and what good timing it was since 3D All Stars just came out! Pianta Village was kinda difficult since it doesn't really have a chorus and the song is in 3/4. I tried to capitalize on it's happy sounding melodies and improvised on them for a drop. This is definitely a slept on song, as I don't really see many remixes for it. Hope you enjoy my rendition!
