HYPEREMIA is a tribute to the contemporary club scene with a variety of experimentation and mixing of genres from around the world such as dancehall, reggaeton, baile funk, gabber, dnb, breakcore and various experimental beats.

Each soundtrack is a collection of signs, symbols, fantasies and ideas about the current club sound, filled with strong emotions and experiences that have accumulated over the past year in a limited space and partial loneliness.

This album is an attempt to return to the sound environment (both physically and mentally) and experience a strong shock and hard input from the fact that at last the long-awaited rough gigs have been delivered. Moreover, the entrance is so exciting that even organs or body cavities begin to fill with blood, bursting your soul and your mind, cracking your bones.
The desire to feel so strongly immersed in the sound environment has become a fetish, psychosis, a dream.

The only guest artist on this album is Elvin Brandhi. The track - Evil Gang was written by us in about one fleeting evening, in which I was lucky enough to meet her during our performances at the Nyege Nyege Festival 2019 in Kampala, Uganda.

Premiere: WULFFLUW XCIV - Evil Gang (Feat Elvin Brandhi) [ПИР]

It has been a productive few weeks in Laminar Flow HQ and we are seriously excited to enlighten you through various announcements in the coming months!

First off we are eager to announce that Know-Wave will be the new home for 'LMF Radio' mix series going forward with plans to develop into a podcast like show, where we will have an initial hour showcasing and talking about the finest in off-kilter sonics and the regular guestmix in the second hour.

This month’s guest mix goes out via Know Wave's Mixcloud this Saturday night (26th) and is the work of @digitonica AKA Anna Morskaya. Expect incredibly introspective works, using a mixture of vocal techniques, sewn together into musical works governed by avant-garde styles drawing influences from glitch, techno and romantic classical music manipulated into contemporary forms riddled with deconstructed percussion.

Fickle scythe is the whole mark of modernism, combining ideas of infinity and field recording aesthetics with the similarly choppy sounds of post micro gabber. 

The scythe, a symbol of death, is a reflection of contemporary maximalism reaching it’s own destructive singularity, when there’s nothing left to deconstruct, no more glass to smash, there is nothing but the shellshock of silence and post maximalism futurecore sadness. On the other hand(le), the scythe is a utilitarian tool, a tool which reflects a successful harvest, a tool which denotes the reaping of wheat, reflected not only within the music through the reaping of frequency, but of aesthetic disassociation of the listener’s inhibitions. . . not too dissimilar from wheat stem to earth.
