True Love Waits

A song that took almost 4 darn years to come into being. The moment I was messing around with my guitar while traveling for a job in fall 2019 I played something that reminded me of Jeff Buckley so I started singing in falsetto almost jokingly. It was in 6/8 time going from an Am6 to a B minor  with an E minor thrown in. I then began singing way out of my range in the spirit of Buckley and recorded a little phone memo. When I came home, I started recording a demo version with a guitar with an ambient, clean-cave sound, B5 organ patch, electric piano and some other instruments. But it wasn't good enough since I could never get the overall style right. Finally, a few months ago I put my full effort into finishing it.
