Really an underrated band. Good choice, incredible mix!

Hey Lance, thanks for uploading this. . Sasha and Digweed finished with this when I saw them on a beach in Istanbul in 2006. Highlight of the evening. I was just under the stars tonight planning a set for a friend who recently passeds' memorial. I know this will be a perfect song for that. Thanks for uploading! It will touch alot of people. :) Cant wait to drop it!

LTJ Bukem & MC Conrad - Progression Sessions 01 (1998) 70m Studio mix

In 1998 I created this mix in Justin Scott Dixon's (Voyager) studio in Orlando, Florida.  It was the first mix CD I ever released.  Prior to this, I had created mix tapes.  'Aural Flux' was a catalyst for my DJ career as I bid farewell to Orlando and made my way back home to Texas.  I would have to begin again building a career in the music business in a new town where I only knew 3 people.  This mix was a labor of love. There are no 'filler' tracks.  Each tune has special meaning to me.  Little did I know that I would later become acquainted and friends with some of the amazing producers and remixers that appear on the CD.  Years later, I would work with Sasha, Hybrid and Terry Lee Brown Jr.  'Aural Flux' changed everything and I think it struck a chord with people in Austin as the music opened doors to relationships that remain today....  THAT is what it's all about.  I hope this brings back fond memories for you or is a catalyst for new memories attached to these classic tunes... All vinyl and mixed live.

The 'Sound Check' was an on-the-fly recording. I decided to capture a warm-up practice session in my home studio.  This recording provides a glimpse into the homework I did prior to opening for headliners such as John Digweed, Sasha, James Zabiela, Dubfire, Deep Dish, Hybrid, etc.  I have been searching for this set for years and my good friend Sam Packer (ProtonRadio) found it!
