12 Hippy days of christmas

Lance Santos, Born on a brisk day in January '89, grew up living in Granby, MA. His first instrument ever played was a bass guitar at the age of 10. He took 1 year of lessons before getting discouraged about his ability and interest in the art. In the Next year hit a patch in his life that sent him spiraling back into the art as a way to vent, which grew into self expression. Finding that there was a lack of demand for bassists in the small town moved on to playing lead guitar. After playing a couple jams and school events, realized that his style just wasn't polished nor was blues and classic rock really an interest at his current venue. Finally tore himself away from the scene and kept his noise inside, mainly putting on the radio and cds of his favorite artists and jammed along. in 2005, He got his lanky fingers on a Acoustic where he began writing a lot of Folk and blues tones and tried something new, Singing. By 2006, he released one of many self produced albums, but not of best quality. It was called Tearing Through and actually made the artwork and released it as a printed CD and marketed it...(if Anyone still the CD, he is still looking, for he, himself does not own the actual music anymore.) Upon Graduating High School, he Moved down to Florida and attended Full Sail University for Recording Arts and Music Business. The Fellow musicians he integrated with and worked with created a much similar 'Crossroads' experience and after Dropping out in late 2008, came back working hard on another new album 'Above the Real'. Above the Real was a recording and style experiment inspired by a flight back down to Florida after visiting home when considering leaving the University. The album was finished by the end of 2008 but never released (soon up for download here). After this album took a break from his studio he newly created with more professionalism and fine tuned his new styles and second looked his recording tactics. After playing many Open mics and Solo acoustic gigs in Western MA by 2009 found a new passion and voice through live sound. in the summer he hit the studio with the first batch of new songs he was playing out. After popular songs hitting the small bar scenes like 'Next to You' he got a lot more confident and attention. Finally after the song 'Don't Look Back', his reputation, blend of styles and stage performance were definably getting better. He finished the Mastering for his Third and most current album, 'Before i Go'. He plays Anything from Blues to Folk to Rocking Funk and always improves his way through any set. Priding himself playing each show original and different but with a consistent familiar Passion and sway, He is definitely someone who can strike interest in someones eye.
