Recorded in the Language of the Self, the Ancients speak of existing inside and outside of time and help you in understanding the time and experiences in which you exist now. They are you and you are they. They help you through experiences that although different, still existed in their time.

HOW TO LISTEN TO THIS AUDIO

You should not try to translate the message into your language. You limit yourself by doing this. These Languages are felt with your senses and with your entire being. They open you up to trust in your innate deep sacred knowingness that logic cannot always explain. Just listen without expectation and be open to whatever happens.

You may experience images, sensations in your body, emotions, and words or names popping into your mind that are not normally in your daily vocabulary. Keep a journal if you wish of what you experience. I encourage you to listen more than once because in every moment you are changing and each time you listen you may discover something new relative to where you are at that time. Keeping a journal can help you pick up on patterns.

You may feel the urge to respond but can’t quite let the sound escape out of you. It’s ok. It’s normal. Don’t struggle or force it. Just listen…
