Nine months in the studio brought this album to fruition as the five-some skirted around school, work, holidays, and musicians on two different continents for parts of the process to collaborate on Alvik's debut full length album. This was Alvik's first release with the record label Quazidelict. The album features many guests including new keyboardist Audun Nedrelid, celebrated Czech jazzman Emil Vyklicky and the Apollong Quartet. The album features new recordings of 2 tracks from their E.P., 'Odyssea' and 'Ballad in Paris' and 8 other tracks the band has been putting together since their formation in 2000.
