Mals Totem is a project of mine that has been incubating for quite a while.  After some line-up changes and some serious "finding ourself" time, I couldn't be more proud of what this band has accomplished.  With the help of our pal Raul Chirinos and countless hours of tweaking, debating, and recording, this EP represents my proudest achievement as a recording artist.  We get compared to Radiohead and The Mars Volta and Muse, but really we just do whatever we want and go totally balls out on it.  Classify it as you will... we are Mals Totem.
