Hi, I'm Jason Chinnian / Jay Cee: a singer-songwriter, deejay, music producer and musician playing bass with the uber cool Mod covers band 'The 5:15's'. I have mainly played in Mod bands: these include "Larnie", "Dim Disco Heno", "Sunday Steve",  "The Dark Notes", and currently the brilliant "The 5:15's.

I have supported artists such as "Runrig", "Desmond Dekker", "Bad Manners", "Tom Robinson" and "The Shamen". 

I produce music in these genres: 60's Soul, Ska, Hip-Hop, Dubstep, D&B, BritPop, Indie, Dance, Latin Soul, Reggae, Instrumentals & Mod.

I am also a Northern Soul / Mod DJ and promoter with over 30 years frontline experience in staging my own events and of playing original 7" vinyl on the turntables: "There Was A Time", "The Waterfront Blues & Soul Club", "Flipside" and now "The Beat Club".

The motivation behind this is to introduce younger people to the music, dancing, fashions and cultures of these British underground cult youth movements. I have worked with local and national young peoples charities and local councils in this quest to broaden the younger generations musical tastes - "Keep The Faith & Spread The Word !!!".

Here are songs I've written, from recording sessions that span cities, continents, a lot of bad hair, late night tinkering, not that many takes but a lot of pushing faders.

I’ve worked as a dep musician, was in The Electric Church as teenager, Been on BBC (Voice x), now in family group ( https://www.tinnedpeaches.co.uk ).

I’m a massive fan of SoundCloud and it’s community, we all have vast sonic backdrops in our lives and I’ve spent a lot of time in this garden. Finding like minded, creative people world over keeps me focused on what I can bring to the table. There are an awful lot of guitars in cash converters nowadays. Let’s keep the faith. I’m up for collaborations.

bone pixie is a solo etherial darkwave project based in the UK; fronted by Heather, the demure multi-instrumentalist face of the project.

All bone pixie recordings were recorded either alone in an empty room, or in the hollow forests of North Yorkshire.

LYENS is a UK based singer/songwriter and producer, currently developing a unique sound through an experimental approach to instrumentation and genre. LYENS began writing music at the start of 2020, whilst teaching herself music production to fully harness her creative vision. Exposure to Gary Numan, Kate Bush and Nine Inch Nails at a young age paved the way for LYENS’ experimental nature, whilst more conventional artists such as FKA Twigs, Lana Del Rey and Lorde fully shaped and gave inspiration to her ever evolving sound.
