CEE is a next generation artist collective bringing together musicians, designers, digital creators, researchers, theorists and thinkers to explore technology, art and nature as a framework for cultural transformation. CEE uses technology as a set of tools empowering creativity, critical thinking, research and independence for all its members. The aim is to create an environment that fosters collaboration in the real world and provides opportunities for shared exploration and learning enabling different groups of people and creators to drop work together effectively.

All releases, encompassing music, gadgets, events and audio essays, delve into the relationship between machines and nature—two elements that are part of an interconnected ecosystem symbolizing a bionical evolution in a world where technology reinterprets nature in an iterative effort to differentiate from it.

PRIMARY FOREST 01 is CEE's first music compilation, featuring seven original tracks from Ma Sha, Pépe, AFM, Dj Fucci, Delay Grounds, Toupaz and An Avrin, driving us on a frenetic journey through the densest and wildest forests, delivering avantgarde deconstructed club sounds via bass music and avant- techno, powered by hyper-accelerated BPMs that reverberate on a geological time scale.

Following a two-year hiatus, beloved electronic label ramblers C.E.E. return with a new EP 'TESTO', produced by the enigmatic Blu Terra project.

Information on Blu Terra remains scarce since their debut release 'Marymont' for the Céad label, headed by Irish producer Or:la. Their C.E.E. debut is comprised of 5 mutant alien dancefloor electronica tracks that offer breakneck bpms, while fusing bass, techno and trance to unparalleled levels.

In recent years Moiré has become an integral figure in re-imagining club music. The enigmatic artist has travelled a note-perfect path and in just a few years has collaborated with fundamental record labels such as R&S, Werk Discs and Rush Hour.

After his second and long awaited album "No Future" (Ghostly International, 2017), Moiré’s "BBOY EDITS 01" is the first signing on C.E.E. The four track EP is comprised of unreleased material designed for the dance floor and provides continuity to his much prized Neversleep series.

Club Excursionista de l’Electrònica (C.E.E.) is a moral, spiritual and cultural entity founded in 1875 in Vall de Camprodon. C.E.E. includes thousands of anonymous members who are organized into subdivisions and enjoy Sunday excursions into nature to end the weekend, where the joys of nightlife give way to clean air and mountain pursuits.

C.E.E. can be described as "electronica folklorists", with a select catalogue of sounds from across the continent and beyond that represent an ethnographical journey through the most modern treatments of songs and popular dances practiced in clubs and tents all over the region.

Whilst one half of the world slept peacefully beneath the stars the other were running riot, cutting deals and playing wild. Nocturnal animals were the chaotic breed which ruled the earth, little say did the innocent have in the future of the planet and the unruly conduct. Somewhere up in the sky there was a plan for this hell bound mess of a civilization, but for now it was quite simply left to its own devices to reap destruction and wicked vision upon the weak. 

Airaboi is a musician whom we have supported for some time at Ransom Note. It has been wonderful to watch him develop as an artist, moving from strength to strength. His latest release on C.E.E. is by far his strongest to date.

Club Excursionista de l'Electrònica discovers a new trail, this time featuring British producer Pliny aka James Welsh.

The "Countdown EP" is the third release from C.E.E. and is comprised of four powerful and energetic tracks that demonstrate Welsh’s remarkable studio talent (his social networks are brimming with videos dominated by analogue machines). The EP was produced, almost in its entirety, using instruments and hardware effects, a process in which distortion and purest 303 acid lines form fundamental elements of its structure. Welsh’s method of manipulating sound is truly unique; he is capable of agglutinating house, old-school hardcore, techno and even IDM, within the same track.

James Welsh is already an established figure in the electronic music scene, under his own name, through his project Kamera and as a regular stalwart for the Phantasy Sound record label, headed by none other than Erol Alkan. Welsh’s new Pliny pseudonym has allowed him to explore his more melodic inclinations, while remaining attentive to dance floor needs. The "Countdown EP" represents a personal journey that is palpable in each of these exceptional tracks.

Dutch producer Danny Wolfers aka @legowelt-official needs little introduction unless you’ve spent the past two decades buried beneath a Mont Blanc avalanche. His enormous collection of synthesizers, as well as his unwavering love for analogue production tools, justifiably places him in the synth music “Hall of Fame”. Since releasing his first material in the early 1990s, Legowelt has incessantly produced music and continues to display seemingly limitless creativity. As a result he has built an unparalleled discography that also includes an assortment of artist aliases.

Legowelt’s new EP ‘System Shapeshift’ will be released on Lapsus sub label C.E.E., specializing in more club-oriented sounds. The label returns to action after a two-year hiatus, during which time its intrepid explorers failed twice to scale the dizzy heights of Nanga Parbat. Now back at sea level C.E.E.’s head honchos have confirmed the release of Legowelt’s new five-track EP, bursting at the seams with 30 minutes of unrelenting old-school techno, synth house and snaking electro bathed in pure acid. The EP is a genuine time bomb, ideal for the most discerning of electronic music lovers.
