Wankel, broos, de avond lonkt
Dansend door het duister
Jij laait, waait, zwiert en draait
Brandt en landt aan de rand van
De afgrond, waar ik stond
Wij tollen door de lome nacht
Slaap nu toch
De nacht wacht niet
