A canção "Front de guerra" foi escrita e gravada por Alessandra Leão para o espetáculo teatral "Guerreiras", de Luciana Lyra, que remonta ao episódio histórico, porém pouco conhecido, da chamada Batalha de Tejucupapo, quando ocorreu, pela primeira vez no Brasil, a participação de um coletivo de mulheres em um conflito armado.

A fala de Dilma Rousseff foi feita em 29 de agosto de 2016, durante a última fase do julgamento do processo de impeachment que a tiraria da presidência.   
A fala de Maria Bethânia faz parte do DVD "Carta de Amor", ato 2, em que ela declama o poema-canção de Paulo Cesar Pinheiro.

A fala final é de Marielle Franco em seu último pronunciamento na Câmara dos Vereadores do Rio de Janeiro, em 8 de março de 2018. Na noite de 14 de março, Marielle foi assassinada com quatro tiros na cabeça, após participar de evento ligado ao movimento negro. A parlamentar viajava no banco de trás do carro quando criminosos emparelharam com o veículo da vítima e atiraram nove vezes.

Compositoras, cantoras e instrumentistas, Luci e Lucina fizeram em
parceria centenas de canções, que foram gravadas por grandes nomes como Ney Matogrosso, As Frenéticas, Nana Caymmi, Tetê e Alzira Espíndola, Joyce, Rolando Boldrim e Wanderléa.

“ALOJÁ YANG (GIRA DAS ERVAS)” é uma composição de Luli, Lucina, Mário Avellar e Maria Maria. Foi lançada em 1982 no álbum Amor de Mulher, de Luli e Lucina.

Este edit foi feito a partir de uma releitura realizada por IARA IRA,
espetáculo e grupo formado pelas vozes e personalidades de Duda Brack,Julia Vargas e Juliana Linhares, com direção musical de Thiago Amud e direção artística de Caio Riscado. O registro faz parte do álbum Iara Ira lançado em 2019 pelo selo Joia Moderna, com produção musical de Elisio Freitas. A banda, que assina junto às cantoras e Amud os arranjos do projeto, é composta por Elisio Freitas, Ivo Senra e Lourenço Vasconcellos.

O edit foi produzido por Micheletti e ChinDub, em Araraquara (SP). Mix e master de ChinDub.

Yokha is a journey into the depths of the jungle, an invitation to a secret ritual. A spiritual union of energies between two souls connected through artistic creation. Conceived by Cyma and Janax Pacha, two sound artisans from South America who on this occasion immerse us in the rhythms of dances and melodic textures that, suspended like lianas, they dialogue harmoniously between the heat of the fire and the mysterious gazes of the jungle.

As one of the stellar releases of Cosmovision Records this year, a collaboration full of magic and colors. All this accompanied by 3 stars of folktronica and downtempo music such as Rodrigo Gallardo, Uji and our house artist Hajna, forming an EP full of life and nature elements that shine on its own.

The wonderful art was made by our genius friend El Tripador and as always, the download is free in "pay what you can" mode on Bandcamp plus available as well in all platforms.

Adiós Morena is the first single off of Afro-Pacific super group, Rio Mira's forthcoming album, Marimba del Pacifico. Composed by Esteban Copete, the single also features remixes by Nicola Cruz, Kaleema & Chancha Via Circuito, Midnight Ravers and M. RUX. 

In 2015, UNESCO added the marimba to its Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity, observing that "Marimba music and traditional chants and dances are musical expressions integral to the family and community fabric of people of African descent in the Colombian South Pacific region and Esmeraldas Province of Ecuador." 

In celebration of this cultural heritage, and with a main goal of creating an intergenerational meeting between the sounds of Afro music from the Pacific, Rio Mira was founded. The project has a fundamental mission of revitalizing and strengthening bonds between the members of the Afro community from each side of the Colombia-Ecuador border. 

Rio Mira is co-produced by Ivis Flies (Co-Director and Creator of the musical and social heritage recovery Project "De Taitas y Mamas", nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2013. "Smile Ambassador" in 2010) and Ivan Benavides (Producer of Carlos Vives, Sidestepper, Chocquibtown, Grammy Winner Gaiteros de San Jacinto) and features a number of well known Cali and Esmeraldeña artists including Esteban Copete and Karla Kanora. Rio Mira's first album, Rio Mira - Marimba del Pacifico, will be released in 2017 on AYA Records.
