Through my music & art, it’s my aim to put a smile on peoples faces #Larfie

I make music & art to convey a message and with that, a topic that’s very personal to me is mental health.

With it being mental health week, I decided to create something to encourage anyone that struggles with mental health. 
I find that when I’m struggling with mental health and feeling trapped, going for walks and listening to music, helps me to escape and refocus.
#MomentsForMovement is this years theme and I’m a huge advocate for getting out and walking cos it makes me feel free.

So i started off the year losing all my project files and after a short bout of depression lol I decided to take some time to work on my craft. Along the way I fell in love with some instruments, worked on some stuff and here's a lil suttin' suttin'. This year I plan on being a lot more consistent...
