Creating new music deep in the night is common for most producers, especially when the music produced is rooted in the slow & beautiful Downbeat & Ambient sphere. Bathurst is a place for these producers just as much as the moonlight; the sunshine for these bats.

This twelve-track strong collection is meant to be a companion through the night for those who stay up late or even as the last thing to hear before falling asleep.

On entend trop peu parler de Fred Robin, de son rôle et de son influence sur le surf français depuis 30 ans. Vainqueur de compétitions internationales dès 1991, le Réunionnais a été l’un des 4 mousquetaires tricolores des nineties aux côtés de Didier Piter, Laurent Pujol et Boris le Texier, avant d’être rejoint par la génération suivante des Miky, Patrick & Cie à qui il a montré la route.

Longtemps omniprésent sur les podiums et dans les magazines, il a été considéré comme l’un des meilleurs backsiders au monde. Circuit EPSA, QS à l’autre bout de la planète, premiers hivers à Hawaii, contrats de sponsoring puis explosion du surf-business : Fredo a vécu de l'intérieur le développement vertigineux du surf et a pleinement contribué à l’essor de la scène européenne. Des expériences qu’il a ensuite mis à profit aux côtés de Jeremy Flores, puis désormais auprès de l’Equipe de France dont il est l’un des deux coachs.  

Une sacrée carrière et de sacrées histoires à raconter. Et donc une sacrée émission.
