Simple sounds that express complex emotions, this is how Raveld would define his vision of electronic music.
His sound involves a consistent use of of groovy basslines combined with hypnotic rhythms and sublimed by a spacey touch.
Trough his productions and mixes, the French producer subtly redraws the lines of dance music genres. He skilfully oscillates between Minimal House, Techno, Ambient and trancy vibes while striking a balance between dance floor utility and introspection.

Mit der „Go Deeper“ - EP von Lars Funk präsentiert Casual Lab seinen neuen Künstler in der Familie. Bei „Saturday Mornin“ hat man das Gefühl gerade aus dem Dornröschenschlaf der letzten Nacht zu erwachen. Angenehm durchgängig smoother Sound der einen langsam aber stetig aus dem Bett befördert. Zu „El Gringo“ hat man dann aber auch schon die Zahnbürste im Mund, um vorm Spiegel die erste Morgengymnastik zu machen. Mit den Füßen wippend wird bei „Open Air“ der Frühstückstisch gedeckt und Kaffee gekocht, um die letzte Müdigkeit zu vertreiben. Mit dem Kopf nickend und dem Fingern tippend, beginnt ein wunderbarer Tag. Spätestens bei Moogie möchte man jedoch vom Tisch aufstehen und mit einem breiten Grinsen die Arme in die Luft werfen. Einfach wunderbar.
All the greats deserve a retrospective at some point and Lars Funk just got his. "Go Deeper EP" is an amazing selection from the strong heart of our cautious Artist. The result is full of deep atmospherics, huge bubbling basslines, dripping synth tones, cascading vox and murmurs, and the crackle of percussion floating on top. A classic.
