Some people live their lives trying to find their own originality, this time we present a person who was born with it in the most honest way, our dear friend Nico Wilde.

Being known in our group of friends as the human jukebox, Nico lives and breathes music. With a unique collection of unknown gems, he is always on the lookout for the most special sounds out there. Not only his intuition, but also his storytelling skills have made him one of the main pieces of our LOKD collective.

We are so happy that the moment has finally arrived, to release one of his unique sets. Big thank you Nico!

bio: Karoliina Pärnänen (FI) resident explores the trancendental, meditative and tribal qualities of electronic music. Her dynamic sets encourage to let go of our cerebral intellect and instead tap into the primal, physical wisdom of our sensuality. Karoliina’s simultaneous interest in old healing traditions and in modern, virtual techno-utopias produces a sound that is at the same time ancient and futuristic, organic and machinic.

She is fascinated by the deep and obscure dimensions of the mind and the transcendental power of sound to take us there. Weaving together a raw and mystical, emotionally loaded yet danceable soundscape, Karoliina blends the borders of electronic music by flirting with a rich variety of genres and tempos, taking inspiration from industrial, tribal and celestial sounds.

She is a resident DJ at RRFM (NL) and Good Times Bad Times Radio (NL), and has been performing at festivals and venues such as Fiber Festival (NL), Flow Festival (FI), Kosmos Festival (FI) and KitKat Club (GE).
