A high-energy instrumental track featuring a prominent swing rhythm. The primary instruments are a walking bass, a drum kit providing a shuffle beat, and a lead clarinet playing a melodic, improvisational line. The clarinet and the saxophone have a bright, slightly overdriven tone. The bass provides a consistent rhythmic and harmonic foundation. Piano is an essential element of the whole piece. The drums maintain a driving, syncopated feel. The overall tempo is upbeat, creating a lively and danceable atmosphere. The track has a clear, well-defined mix with the saxophone taking center stage.

We have a nice and techie EP full of heaters comin' atcha from Desert Hearts Co-Founder & all around energy god, Lee Reynolds alongside longtime friend and San Diego native Memo Rex. The EP titled The Seven Principles is in reference to The Kybalion and the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus. The Seven Principles are Mentalism, Correspondence, Vibration, Polarity, Rhythm, Cause & Effect, and Gender. Just like everything Desert Hearts related, Lee & Memo aim to spread a positive message with their music while getting the booties shaking on the dance floor. You can expect much more weirdness from these two on the way very soon. Finally the remix comes from Superfreq Co-Founder, David Scuba, and it's been absolutely stomping dance floors around the globe so far. The next EP on the label comes from Berlin based producers Joyce Muniz (@joytoy) and @Namito. A few years ago we invited Joyce to play play our annual Desert Hearts Festival after she remixed Mikey Lion and Sabo's track "Sally". Needless to say, she absolutely smashed the festival and we've kept in touch with her over the years. During our recent trip to Berlin, we reconnected with her firecracker personality and a few weeks later we had an amazing EP in our inbox from her and Namito.

This time around the roles are reversed, with label boss @MikeyLion turning in a banging remix of the title track.
