But more relatably, it acknowledges the potent and selfish discontent bubbling underneath America that boils over into neighbor feuds and causes traffic crossings to be a battleground of wills.

The music influence pulls in Radiohead, Pink Floyd and the cinematic quirky appeal of Danny Elfman creating a visual landscape of apocalyptic beauty.

War On Heaven admonishes the prodigality of mankind as it insistently campaigns for its self destruction. It also reveals the prize of martyrdom for any that stray from the narrative. We erect monuments to ourselves and then tear them down in a continuous cycle of dissatisfaction. We will never be satisfied, even if we conquer the heavens.
