Leaving behind the concrete jungle of Hamburg and Cologne, NYÄE NYAE and MARA teamed up once again and spent time creating music surrounded by nature. 

The beauty and calmness of the Netherlands gave "Breathe" the direction the song was searching for. A magical place with a grand old tree set the frame for both the lyrical and final musical story. 

Organic percussion influenced the vibe, while the different parts and elements draw inspiration from a feeling everyone needs at some point—one that can often be found in nature: breaking free from the daily grind, taking a deep breath, and experiencing beautiful moments of relief.
