New original. I am 32 years old, so pretty old in rave years, and I came up at a time when electro bangers, big room, and many forms of house were popular. I have always tried to take the things I like from Tech House, Bass House, Garage, UKG, Techno, Deep House, and make what I enjoy. It's a little basic, a little repetitive, but it's the simplicity that drew me to dance music in the first place. Enjoy!

Once upon a time, in a Kingdom not so far away, there lived one by the name of PLUR. Many these days have forgotten the name, and certainly what it represents. Peace, love, unity, respect, were at one time cornerstones of our community. An escape from the harsh realities of the world, if only for a time, you were free to be who you wanted to be, and to encourage others to do so. However, not all is lost. In a mess of social media influencers, content creators, and other generally technologically enslaved attendees, there are still people who care about the music, the scene, the PLUR. Trading Kandi, getting in a dance circle or mosh pit, cheering on someone shuffling, having a totem and still making a meet up spot because you know you can't trust your phone, taking pictures with strangers, getting lost and joining other people's groups; all of these things still exist- human interaction still exists (even sometimes outside of your social circle). I have however realized; we must cultivate this fragile scene of ours. It is up to us respect one another, love each other, unite together, and create the peaceful environment the dancefloor once was always meant to be. I am ready to get back to a time when I didn't know a single song the DJ's were playing, because they were taste making, because they hadn't teased all the peak tracks a million times on social media. I am ready to be surprised again. I want to create a space for smaller artists to do as much or as little as they want with social media, but still have a fair shot at success in this industry. There are far too many really talented people out there who have yet to be discovered, or at least not on the scale that is deserving their music. A mere Late Knight born in another era, it is my quest to save PLUR, and to reconnect the community that consumes the content more directly to the artists, and away from the algorithm that controls them. Let's disrupt the system.
