Notifications sing like sirens in Rome,
I got more apps than friends on my phone.
Mind’s a buffet, no room for peace,
Attention span shorter than a tweet release.

I should meditate, hydrate, maybe call my mom,
But I’m busy watching raccoons steal corn.
Every reel a new life plan —
“Quit your job, move to Thailand, start a van.”

Three hours later — I’m wide awake,
Know ten conspiracy theories and a cake-bake.
