▌I How would you describe your style?
I don't like being pigeonholed into a certain style. It all depends on where and when I play, but the most favorite genres are Indie Dance / Melodic Break / Dark Disco / Progressive Sounds

▌II What’s your favorite club and what’s your favorite festival - explain why!

I have two favorite clubs in Poland - The first is Ciało ( Wrocław / Breslau) - energetic and aware audience. The second is Tama (Poznań / Posen) - in my opinion one of the best Indie Dance bookings.
Best festival? Definitely SUMMER CONTRAST (Rogalinko/PL) great bookings, but most of all preserving its uniqueness, despite the fact that it has turned into a large project from a small local festival. Beautiful place with wonderful people.

▌III Which artist influenced you a lot?
Rebolledo - I had the pleasure of hearing him a few years ago at the Garbicz Festival and this year at Tama in Poznań.

la`too - LAS Festival - DJ Contest Set 2024

la`too has always had a soft spot for sounds on the border of Indie Dance and Progressive. He loves to manoeuvre between the worlds of melancholic electro and strong and dynamic Dark Disco. He represents the Techno Station collective from Gorzów on a daily basis, and also collaborates as a promoter with German label Artminding and Hungarian label Bemassive Records, among others. 

He is the founder of the MELODIC.DEEP.HOUSE music blog, which was originally designed to promote the local electronic scene beyond the borders of Poland in the form of a podcast series called LOCAL SUPER HEROES. As he himself says, it is his "apple of the eye" and currently features representatives from foreign labels such as Watergate Records, Rebellion der Traumer, and Diynamic Music. He had the pleasure of presenting his sets at venues such as Obra Festival, Wonderlake, Hala Odra, Ciało, Pokój, and After Ego.”

The choice wasn't easy, but I was guided by the moments when it was obvious that the tracks  were a lot of fun on the dancefloor.

la`too is a DJ and music enthusiast whose journey into electronic music began at Berlin's legendary Love Parade in 2001. That unforgettable experience sparked a lifelong passion for sound, rhythm, and emotional connection through music.

Over the years, la`too's musical tastes have evolved across genres, but he now focuses on blending electronic vibes with melodic, playful basslines and a touch of Indie Dance and Dark Disco charm. His sets are known for their warm energy, storytelling flow, and genre-defying creativity.

Currently working as a promoter, la`too collaborates with respected labels such as Artminding (Berlin) and BeMassive Records (Bucharest). He has had the pleasure of performing at a variety of club venues and festivals, including Summer Contrast Festival, Las Festival, Obra Festival, Ciało (Wrocław), and Dom (Łódź).
