In this simple sound healing track, I tap a Tibetan Singing Bowl slowly and regularly, while toning both in unison and a major second above. This interval creates a dissonance that is meant to remove any energetic blocks or stagnant energy between the solar plexus chakra and the heart chakra. The solar plexus is our center of will power and discipline, and the heart is our center of unconditional love, connection, authenticity, compassion and sincerity. 

The Tibetan Singing Bowl is at the frequency of 161hz which is about the pitch of E in our tuning system. This pitch resonates the frequency of the solar plexus. I tone OH (the vowel sound of the solar plexus in unison with the bowl), and AH (the vowel sound of the heart) a major second above the root pitch.

Simple Meditative Healing Sounds for the Solar Plexus: Major 2nd to Release Blocks

In this simple track, I tone a major third along with a Tibetan Singing bowl. The Tibetan Singing Bowl is at the frequency of 161hz (about the pitch of E in our tuning system). 

The pitch of E resonates in with the frequency of the solar plexus chakra. I tone the vowel sound OH in unison with the bowl, and I also tone the vowel sound EYE a third above the OH. These vowel also associate with each chakra: OH with the solar plexus, EYE with the throat because the frequency generated by these sounds aligns with the frequency of those chakras.

The major third is motivating - it inspires movement. As you listen (and hopefully tone along with this track), envision the energy moving from the center of will and discipline up to the throat chakra - the center of higher truth, communication and creative expression.

Simple Meditative Healing Sounds for the Solar Plexus: Major Third to Motivate

In this simple track, I tap a Tibetan Singing Bowl slowly and rhythmically while toning. The Tibetan Singing Bowl has a frequency of 161hz - about the tune of E in our tuning system.

The frequency of the pitch of E resonates with the solar plexus chakra. I tone the vowel OH (the frequency of this vowel sound also resonates with the solar plexus) in unison with the singing bowl. Also, I tone the vowel AYE a perfect fourth above the root pitch. This pitch and frequency of the vowel sound resonate with the frequency of the third eye chakra.

The vibrational quality of the perfect 4th is great for grounding. For bringing ideas and active mental states down to reality. Also, it’s wonderful for transcending the emotions — not bypassing, repressing, or continuing to spin them into more hyper mental activity  — but awakening from them and using this emotive energy in a purposeful grounded way. 

By toning this interval with these vowel sounds and these pitches, we awaken intuitive energy of the third eye center, stabilize and ground the thinking mind, and align this energy with our center of will and discipline - the solar plexus.

In this simple track I tone a perfect 5th with a Tibetan singing bowl to align and harmonize the solar plexus - the center of will and discipline, with the crown chakra - the seat of the highest self.

The Tibetan singing bowl is at the frequency of 161hz - about the pitch of E in our tuning system. This frequency of this pitch resonates with the frequency of the solar plexus. I tone the vowel sound OH in unison with the singing bowl. The frequency of this vowel sound also resonates with the frequency of the solar plexus. I tone the vowel sound EEE a perfect 5th above the root pitch. The frequency of this pitch and vowel sound resonate with the frequency of the crown.

Simple Meditative Sounds for the Solar Plexus: Perfect 5th to Stimulate & Harmonize

In this simple track, I tone a major triad along with a Tibetan Singing Bowl. The frequencies and vowel sounds of the tones I am making align with the following chakras: solar plexus (OH), throat (EYE), and crown (EEE).

The Tibetan singing bowl is a the frequency of 161 hz which is about the pitch of E in our tuning system, so the triad I am tuning is approximately an E major triad with organic pitch fluctuations.

First, we invoke the color and energy of unconditional love, next the color and elemental energy of earth, finally the color and energy of the infinite cosmos and highest self.

There are two ways to chant bija mantras, at a slower, yin, pace. Or, a faster, 
yang, pace. In this recording, I chant at a yin pace, or one recitation per outbreath. A yang pace would have multiple recitations per outbreath.

Bija Mantras are seed syllable mantras for the chakras. They are effective at energizing the kundalini, balancing the subtle energy in chakras, tonifying organs and endocrine glands, and enhancing positive emotions.

In this recording, I chant the Bija mantra for the solar plexus chakra: RAM. It is pronounced "RUM" with emphasis on the "R" and "M" to generate the appropriate sound wave pattern.

This bija enhances the the sense of wisdom in the action center. Its associated element is fire. Associated color is yellow. Associated symbol is a red triangle. Visualizing these intentions, elements colors and symbols help to direct the energy of the sound.

BIja Mantra for Solar Plexus Chakra - Voice Only: RAM - Yin chant tempo

Bija Mantras are seed syllable mantras for the chakras. They are effective at energizing the kundalini, balancing the subtle energy in chakras, tonifying organs and endocrine glands, and enhancing positive emotions.

In this recording, I chant the Bija mantra for the third eye and crown chakras: OM. It is good to sound out the full OM sounding full the full OH vowel (ah-oh-ooo), and then allowing the M to vibrate at the end to generate the appropriate sound wave pattern, and allow the cranium to vibrate. Please note, for the crown chakra, chanting OM silently in one's mind is desirable as silence is the language of spirit.

This bija helps engage and expand the sense of imagination (third eye), it also helps align higher understanding with one's will (crown). OM represents unity: bridging the finite and the infinite, endings and beginnings, earthly and divine.This bija is beyond the elements. Associated colors are violet, lavender and iridescent white. Visualizing these intentions and colors help to direct the energy of the sound.

In this track, I chant the mantra for Mars along with Medicine Wheel Drum rhythm for the West direction. This direction is associated with the root, grounding and rooting the inner life to the outer life -- appropriate for Mars' connection with primal survival. The drone is in the key of C.

This mantra is the mantra for planet Mars. It is great for healing and transforming energy in  the reproductive organs, adrenal glands, and  red blood cells. The adrenal glands produce hormones that activate the body's fight-or-flight response. 

Mars' fiery nature is connected with passion, desire and action. It is often associated with masculine archetype energy. It can be connected with the root chakra as it pertains to issues of primal survival, the sacral chakra as it pertains to passion and desire, and the solar plexus chakra as it pertains to fire, and action.

Using this mantra to nourish, balance and harmonize these aspects may be helpful.

The sounds and intervals to help inspire life direction include a low drone created by the voice and the 128 tuning fork.
