Laura Lynn is a Brooklyn based DJ and producer. She is the founder of Disco Chalet, an après ski dance music event series, themed in vintage fashion with a curated lineup of quality house and disco DJs and artists. 

Laura Lynn grew up in the small mountain town of Taos, New Mexico within a family of musicians. Living in that environment she developed a deep appreciation for diverse music genres. She moved to LA in 2000 and explored music by going to indie dance concerts and frequenting clubs at the height of the electroclash scene. This eventually evolved into DJing in 2009 in which she grew an insatiable passion for disco, house, Italo disco, and electro. Mixed with deep driving grooves and a mild nod of nostalgia she can easily captivate the dance floor, being that she loves to be on the dance floor herself. 

Laura Lynn's career has also been marked by her role in bringing esteemed artists to the Portland, OR area through her previous monthly party, Modern Ritual. Her talent has taken her across North America and Europe with a recent debut in Berlin. Laura Lynn has supported acts like Crazy P, Demi Riquisimo, DJ Boring, Soul Clap, Purple Disco Machine and many more. You can find her scheduled regularly in New York at House of Yes, Elsewhere and other NY club institutions. 

Her journey into music production has really just begun collaborating with long time friend Jesse Gay out of Portland, OR. The two have released two tracks with Soul Clap Records Exclusives breathing new life into some beloved 70's jams. They are currently working on some original works to be released in 2024.
