i wrote this song many moons ago about relationships. How sometimes they can fall apart even when you still love each other. A need to leave and figure out who you are outside of the relationship. I decided to rerecord it for my granddad. first play of his guitar and first time playing for a super long time. I enjoyed it and singing the song gets me Everytime I get alittle emotional.

Wolves and their warrior energy. Inspired me to create this track as I was going through some personal issues and it was a chance to release alot of the stagnant energy I was holding onto through my connection with mother nature and her  holding me up at times I needed it. The sound of the wolf howling at the moon seemed powerful and emotional. Raw. I felt it as a mother. A warrior. I had found myself many times almost howling like a wolf in emotional agony or birthing my children. I guess in my femininity I felt that deep spiritual connection to expressing it through that and how within trauma theres this powerful, raw emotion we must face. Within we all scream out at times. To heal. To let go. To move on.
