A Sunday afternoon delight from two of techno's most beloved heavy-hitters arrives exclusively on our Soundcloud.

Berlin techno viking and founder of Dystopian Records Rødhåd and the young, accomplished and Mote-Evolver regular Rene Wise have released their 4 hour set recording from March 2023, a huge B2B session that saw the pair delve in and out of eachother’s company for our last Continuum party. They played an extended set during the final Continuum 24+hour party of the season this Spring. 

The session, which started at 4pm as the tail end of the afternoon drew in and went on til 8pm ahead of a closing set from Ben Klock and Marcel Dettmann, proved to be one of our highlights from the event. It's a real treat to be able to share the full recording; smashers from the get-go that takes us through the hard and heavy, to the atmospheric and energetic.

Lock in below and transport to the incomparable energy of Room 1 on a Sunday afternoon. Sometimes, we reckon, there's no place like it.

As a producer, DJ and label head, Barcelona-based artist @adrianalopez is widely acclaimed as Colombia’s leading techno figure. Starting out in Bogota, where she cut her teeth holding down residencies at Club BarC, Cinema and La Sala whilst performing across her native country’s different cities, Adriana Lopez moved to Spain in 2003 where she quickly made a name for herself throughout Europe and beyond. With years of experience behind her, Lopez's deep understanding of techno is evident in her high quality and tastefulselections: mixing records with technical finesse that has led to appearances at the likes of DGTL Festival (Barcelona, Madrid), Village Underground (London), Faust and Vurt (Seoul), Lux Fragil (Lisbon), Vent (Tokyo), Mondo Disko (Madrid), Basement (New York), Berghain and Tresor (Berlin) and many more. 

Meanwhile, as a producer Lopez has released on Stroboscopic Artefacts, Modularz, Semantica, PoleGroup and Mistress Recordings, as well as remixed Svreca, Pär Grindvik and Spencer Parker on each label owner's respective imprints. Upon her arrival in Barcelona, she also launched her very own platform, Grey Report, which has gone on to release music by artists like Developer, NX1, Takaaki Itoh, Lakej, W.I.R.E. and Temudo & Nørbak.

Con una polifacética carrera como DJ, productora y técnico de sonido, @adrianalopez se ha convertido en una de las artistas de techno con mayor proyección a nivel internacional y una pionera y figura clave de la escena electrónica de Colombia.

Adriana nació en Bogotá y en la actualidad reside en Barcelona. Inició su trayectoria a finales de la década de los 90. Además de haber sido DJ residente de los clubes BarC, Cinema y La Sala en su ciudad natal, actuó en varios eventos en diferentes ciudades colombianas. En 2003 se trasladó a España donde rápidamente se hizo un nombre, no solo a nivel europeo, sino más allá de sus fronteras.

A lo largo de su carrera ha visitado numerosos países y ha actuado en diferentes festivales y clubes emblemáticos, tales como el DGTL Festival (Barcelona, Madrid), Rainbow Serpent Festival (Australia), Vent (Tokyo), Faust (Seúl), Tag (Chengdu), Basement (New York), Berghain y Tresor (Berlín), Concrete (París), Village Underground y Corsica Studios (Londres), Lux Fragil (Lisboa), Grelle Forelle (Viena) y Bauhauz (Nimega), entre muchos otros.

Adriana Lopez es también la directora de su propio sello discográfico, Grey Report, en el que edita su material y el de artistas afines a su sonido. Además, ha publicado su música en otros sellos de prestigio como Modularz, Semantica, Stroboscopic Artefacts, PoleGroup, BPitch Control y Mistress Recordings, entre otros.
