Songs I wish I wrote 2: Hallelujah

I learned to love this song when Justin Timberlake sang this for Hope for Haiti. Just the passion behind his voice as he sang it and I have loved listening to it. Recently I had heartbreak. The kind where you know it will take a while to fit pieces together and the super glue to actually start holding. But as I listen to JT version of Hallelujah, I looked up the lyrics and found the three that inspired me the most.  I hope you enjoy.

Oh Yes, another Maria Mena Cover. But there is actually a story for this one. 
This song was word for word story of me and my high school sweetheart's relationship. We were going to get married and at the brunch, I was going to surprise him and sing this song to him. . . Well, it was the story of our relationship except the last verse.
I still love this song, however. It gives me hope that someone; out there will love me for my flaws, my dark spots and see that I am beautiful, I am spiritual, and I am great, instead of feeling like I am not.

There is hope in all things. . . 

Maybe one day, someone will sing back: "I love you too"
