"The other side of winter" often refers to the idea of finding an "invincible summer" within oneself during the hardest of times, symbolizing inner strength, resilience, and optimism. 
It is a metaphor for overcoming adversity, suggesting that even when life is bleak, a source of hope and strength exists inside you that can help you to persevere and preserve. It can also have a more literal meaning, referring to the end of the season and what emerges from the snow-melt.
